I am currently in my final year as an academic scholar at Winchester College, UK and have an offer to read Natural Sciences at Christ's College, Cambridge from October 2007. I have A-levels in maths, physics, chemistry and biology and shall be taking them in Russian and further maths this summer. I also have an AS level in French. My main interests are in physics - particularly quantum physics and relativity, and also the history of science, particularly the development of quantum mechanics and its attempted unification with general relativity. I especially enjoy reading biographies of physicists including those of Newton, Faraday, Einstein Feynman and Oppenheimer. I very much enjoy classical music and play both the piano and organ to a high level.
