Properly, "Yarrow" is a common name of the herb Achillea millefolium, but the name is often used for other plants with a similar appearance, especially Queen Anne's Lace (Daucus carota), which is itself often confused with Poison Hemlock (Conium maculatum) or Fool's Parsley (Aethusa cynapium).
