I have an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Marketing, My total work experience is 43 years of which 33 years have been in Industry and 10 years as a consultant and teacher. Since 2007 I have been teaching at Gyan Jyoti School of TQM and Entrepreneurship, Mohali, India. I am designated as Professor and am subject incharge and teacher for the subjects Design for Quality, Reliability Engineering, and Customer Competition and Quality.
