Rudy Demotte (born June 3, 1963 in Ronse, Flanders) is a Belgian socialist politician appointed Minister-President of Wallonia since July 19, 2007.

He served as Minister for Social Affairs and Public Health in the Belgian federal government from 2003 to 2007.

Having served as a municipal council member from 1994 on, he became mayor of Flobecq in 2000.
