I was educated at the City of London School for Boys (1980-1987) and read Engineering at Trinity College, Cambridge (United Kingdom). I stayed on to do an Engineering PhD that I received in 1995 for my Thesis entitled "Aberration Determination and Compensation in High Resolution Transmission Electron Microscopy."

I was educated at the City of London School for Boys (1980-1987) and read Engineering at Trinity College, Cambridge (United Kingdom). I stayed on to do an Engineering PhD that I received in 1995 for my Thesis entitled "Aberration Determination and Compensation in High Resolution Transmission Electron Microscopy."

I worked as a Research Associate at the Cambridge University Engineering Department between 1995 and 1997. The main area of my work was the Web based control of Scanning Electron Microscopes.

I was a Software Engineer (C, C++ and Java) between 1997 and 1999 and a corporate IT Manager between 1999 and 2004.

I received an Open University Diploma in Management in 2006 and I am currently a global CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Solution Manager.

My interests are Relationship Marketing, the History of the Raj in India, Biochemistry and Cosmology.
