I wrote this article for Citizendium in April, 2007, using DANFS as a primary source. A small part of it, primarily the table and boilerplate about commissioning/decommissioning dates, etc., appeared in Wikipedia. I improved the table, rewrote most of the boilerplate, and added the bulk of the article from DANFS. I also added the section headings.
