Vitaly Volkov (Виталий Волков), born in Kaliningrad, Russia, now residing in Dendermonde, Belgium.
Mechanical engineering student.
Russian Wikikipedia admin and bureaucrat.
Non-professional interests: trams, trolleybuses and other means of public transport. I'm also interested in inland navigation (ships for rivers and lakes)
I think this project is intresting, but I'm sceptical too.
