I'm about to become an undergraduate student at a small college in the north-western United States. I'm particularly interested in studying physics and math, although the list of things I'm 'interested in' would be long indeed. I've spent the past year developing it while I was, as my sister puts it, 'galavanting around' Europe and Turkey, learning Western civilization's history from the art it left behind.

I was born and raised in Canada, so my non-academic interests centre on hockey (ice hockey) and snow and a few Canadian bands and artists. I also love to cook, especially when I find new, exciting ways to adapt wheat-filled recipes into gluten-free ones so my sister and I can enjoy them.
