The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit is the U.S. court overseeing the Federal District courts in the mid-Atlantic states of Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho (U.S. state), Nevada, Oregon and Washington. It is located in San Francisco, California and is also commonly called the "Ninth Circuit Court".
