I think we need something somewhere that discusses the general notion that systems which require something large, rather than just a small key, to be kept secret are a bad idea. This applies to [[one-time pad]]s and to [[Cryptography#Codes_versus_ciphers|codes]] needing a codebook, and is one way to think about [[Kerckhoffs'_Principle]]; there may be applications I have not thought of.
