This is minor adaptation from the addendum of a grad school paper of mine (grade: "A+"), but it should provide an acceptable starting point for a full article. I want to quick add that this is a major theory in its fields that happens to lack a WP article. Stephen Ewen 03:22, 10 January 2008 (CST)
