Couple of fixes, and questions

As far as lab tests, I'd certainly be interested in more detail. While I recognize troponin is the gold standard, what is the current role of CK-MB and myoglobin?
Does Prinzmetal's Variant qualify for ACS?

Questions--anginas
While I see it's a MeSH definition, I'd seriously question angina pectoris being defined as precordial pain on rest; the practical definition is exertional.

In patients without ST-segment elevation on the electrocardiogram, urgent angioplasty may occur anytime within the first 24 hours according to a randomized controlled trial
