As far as lab tests, I'd certainly be interested in more detail. While I recognize troponin is the gold standard, what is the current role of CK-MB and myoglobin?
Does Prinzmetal's Variant qualify for ACS?

Could you contextualize this
In patients without ST-segment elevation on the electrocardiogram, urgent angioplasty may occur anytime within the first 24 hours according to a randomized controlled trial
How does thrombolysis compare? Is it better to use alteplase and the like within the first 6-12 hours maximum rather than PTCA? PTCA v. CABG? Howard C. Berkowitz 17:29, 31 October 2010 (UTC)
