History section
I am going to try writing a history section for this article. Milton Beychok 17:19, 26 February 2010 (UTC)

Updates on programs and labs
I've used the NIST website to update the program and lab descriptions. I've added brief descriptions of both, much edited versions of the NIST descriptions that seem to me to give the general idea without a ton of gobbledygook. John R. Brews 16:37, 9 January 2011 (UTC)
