Susan M. Frey is a Reference/Instruction Librarian at Indiana State University. She has faculty status at the assistant rank and is working towards promotion and tenure. She has a Masters of Science in Library Science from Long Island University and a Masters in Liberal Studies in English & History from Indiana University. Susan has presented nationally on such themes as knowledge management, teaching & learning, and technology & society. She has reviewed for Choice, College and Research Libraries News, and Reference Reviews. She is also on the editorial board of MERLOT (Multimedia Educational Resource for Learning & Online Teaching) and is cited in Marquis' Who's Who in America. Currently she is the chair of the Indiana chapter of the American Society for Information Science & Technology.
