I suspect we will never have an alphebetical list of drugs because there are thousands of them, and some of them are sold under > 100 drug trade names.  However, this article could have a list of drug categories, like narcotics, amphetamines, b-blockers, and so on.  Then each item in this list could link to a list for that group.  I have started a number of such "catalogs" already, like [[Antibiotic]], [[Antiviral drug/Catalogs/Catalog of antiviral drugs]].
