R. Tristan Bradshaw is a graduate student working on his M.A. in Classical Archaeology at Florida State University. He holds two B.A.’s in Classics and English from the University of South Florida. He is interested in language and linguistics, Greek history and archaeology, ancient metallurgy, ancient navies, and the influence of Classics on modern society, particularly its role in education.
Outside his academic discipline, he is interested in Christian philosophy, British comedy, caper movies, backpacking, science fiction (particularly Star Wars, Ender’s Game, and Hyperion), and films by Shinichiro Watanabe, Hayao Miyazaki, and the Coen brothers.
