However, I took a degree in Chemistry (BSc Hons, University of Nottingham) and became a government school teacher. I taught science for 18 years at various schools in England and Wales. I was born in Ashton-under-Lyne, near Manchester, England (UK) in 1961. I was originally a trained musician (Chethams School of Music). However, I took a degree in Chemistry (BSc Hons, University of Nottingham) and became a government school teacher. I taught science for 18 years at various schools in England and Wales. I also hold a Masters in Science Education and Management from the University of Cardiff.
I am a Christian, and have published a number of books on theology and apologetics. My interests include music (writing and playing), walking, disc golf, and reading.
