I am Mr. El Arbi MRABET, 56 years old, Ph.D (Doctorate d'Etat from the University of Paris II in 1981), Professor or Public International Law and International Relations since then at the Faculty of Law and Economics, University of Oujda, Morocco, and its Dean from 1994 to 2006. Author of books and articles in the fields of International relations and International Law and especially development, human rights, peace, cooperation and dialogue among civilizations. Some of these articles are on Internet. Since October 2006 I'm serving as Governor in charge of coordination with the MINURSO.
