I am a visiting fellow of the University of Greenwich, where I lectured in Economics from 1992-2000.

I am a Supervisory Economist with the Greater London Authority. All edits and comments are the personal responsibility of myself. They do not imply any authority from, or represent the views of, the Greater London Authority.

I have a BSc in Mathematics from University College London, a Diploma in Computing from Edinburgh University and an MSc in Economics from Birkbeck College London.

I have been an active writer since 1982, principally in social science and economics. Prepublication versions of my works may be found on the RePec service for economists at http://ideas.repec.org/e/pfr102.html.
