Ganges River Dolphin (Platanista gangetica) is a freshwater aquatic mammal Ganges-Brahmaputra-Meghna and Karnaphuli-Sangu river systems of Nepal, India, and Bangladesh. Essentially blind, they hunt their prey in a unique manner by emitting ultrasonic sounds.
