Held from 16 July to 2 August 1945 in Potsdam, German, the last summit conference of the Second World War, with Britain, the Soviet Union and the United States represented; dealt with the Occupation of Germany, a joint proclamation to Japan, and a secret agreement for the Soviets to go to war against Japan
