:See this Forum discussion: http://forum.citizendium.org/index.php/topic,3089.msg27837.html#msg27837 As far as *I'm* concerned, that settles it.  Just use *low-resolution* images.  And check out all of the boilerplate used at WP to justify a cover: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Interlop11.jpg I think that if you upload and insert *low-resolution* images, PLUS put in as much of that boilerplate as possible (adapting it to CZ forms, of course), then you'll be all right.  I'm gonna start doing it myself....
