If John Kyl has said he would filibuster judicial nominees who are "insufficiently conservative", please find us a more accurate reference. The footnote now only leads to an article that says Kyl threatened to filibuster judicial nominees. Without attribution of the reasons he gave for filibustering, this article would include editorializing content. ::I can ignore the comment, but I am getting dubious about the claims about "editorializing". This isn't Wikipedia. It is entirely appropriate for a knowledgeable person to make expert extrapolations on general source material, and, if there is a challenge, it needs to be more than WP-style <nowiki>{{fact}}</nowiki>. Especially in the military articles, there is quite a bit of room for interpretation. [[User:Howard C. Berkowitz|Howard C. Berkowitz]] 02:13, 26 July 2009 (UTC) |
