Born in 1965 into a doctor family. Accomplished in Neurosurgery and practising the science since 1996; knowledgeable in computerisation of the workplace and management thereof; requirements analyst in the medical workplace; earlier played a key role in writing ISO procedures for the corporate hospital at Chennai, India; presently in education with reference to ethical practice and legal guidelines and in public service with well known NGOs to establish health care systems in remote places. Married to a teacher.
