The High Languedoc Natural Regional Park (French: Parc Naturel Régional du Haut-Languedoc, Occitan: Pargue Natural Regional de l'Aut Lengadòc) is a natural park of Languedoc (France), in the southern Massif Central montains, between Castres, Carcassonne and Béziers.
