I wrote most of the documentation for the FreeS/WAN project, an Linux implementation of the IPsec security protocols. This included a 75 kilobyte glossary [[1]], parts of which might be re-used here, in particular various definitions in cryptography.
However, that documentation was released with the software under GPL, and I was paid to write it, so I do not own the copyright and need permission to re-use it. Here is email from project Leader John Gilmore:
