Couple of fixes, and questions

The first link is dead. I did fix a typo in a wikilink.

As far as lab tests, I'd certainly be interested in more detail. While I recognize troponin is the gold standard, what is the current role of CK-MB and myoglobin?

Does Prinzmetal's Variant qualify for ACS?

Questions--anginas

While I see it's a MeSH definition, I'd seriously question angina pectoris being defined as precordial pain on rest; the practical definition is exertional.

What, then, differentiates angina of effort from Prinzmetal's variant? Howard C. Berkowitz 16:36, 2 December 2009 (UTC)

Could you contextualize this

In patients without ST-segment elevation on the electrocardiogram, urgent angioplasty may occur anytime within the first 24 hours according to a randomized controlled trial

How does thrombolysis compare? Is it better to use alteplase and the like within the first 6-12 hours maximum rather than PTCA? PTCA v. CABG? Howard C. Berkowitz 17:29, 31 October 2010 (UTC)
