Biography:
He is a co-founder, director and the editor of RollOnFriday, the online community for young lawyers.
He is a partner at the law firm Ashurst, where he specialises in the formation of investment funds. He is experienced in the structuring and terms of international private equity (including buy out and venture capital), mezzanine, infrastructure and other similar funds, and of related carried interest and co-investment schemes.
He has master of engineering degree (electronic engineering and computer science) from the University of Southampton.
His interests include travel, food, architecture and design and single malt whiskies.
