Open space/Definition

Open space technology is a process or method to convene people for a conference, retreat or meeting in which attendees are guided to generate the agenda as well as participate, usually through small group break-out sessions, by a facilitator or session leader who has no agenda other than drawing out the shared interests of the participants.
