Re 'Outreach'

Select six academic-type institutions to begin
Select ten departments in each institution
Send by snail mail, on Citizendium letterhead, formal letter to each department head
- Announce Citizendium and its mission and basic ground rules (real names, expert-guided)
- Distinguish from Wikipedia
- Ask that letter be posted on departmental bulletin board, or distributed to appropriate section heads, etc.
- Mention that department head might wish in future to consider contributions to Citizendium as legitimate items for inclusion on contributors' CVs
- Mention Citizendium need for authors as well as Editors

Send articles in Word Processor format, to enable reviewers to edit easily, and to add citations easily
