Zelman v. Simmons-Harris [r]:A 2002 U.S. Supreme Court decision which held that a school voucher program adopted in Cleveland, Ohio did not violate the Establishment Clause (referring to what is commonly known as the separation of church and state) of the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
