You can test out editing in the sandbox if you'd like. If you need help to get going, the forums is one option. That's also where we discuss policy and proposals. Other aspects of information overload

Welcome! There may be several areas for useful collaboration.

To complement information overload, I just created a brief article on span of control, which I will expand with articles about its ramifications in military (e.g., command and control and emergency services (e.g., Incident command system). While I'd much rather have a cognitive psychologist take the lead, I think it would also be useful to explore situational awareness and the ability to multitask. Howard C.
