Welcome to the Citizendium! We hope you will contribute boldly and well. Here are pointers for a quick start. You'll probably want to know how to get started as an author. Just look at Getting Started for other helpful "startup" links, our help system and CZ:Home for the top menu of community pages. Be sure to stay abreast of events via Twitter. You can test out editing in the sandbox if you'd like. If you need help to get going, the forum is one option. That's also where we discuss policy and proposals. You can ask any administrator for help, too. Just put a note on their "talk" page. Again, welcome and have fun!

You can find some more information about our collaboration groups if you follow this link Citizendium_Pilot:Discipline_Workgroups

Mathematics

Hello Ragnar. What about joining the mathematics team? I added the relevant category to your user page. --Alex Halicz (hello) 13:59, 8 February 2007 (CST)

Continuous probability distribution

Hi Ragner, is this article from wikipedia or another outside source? If wp, can you check the 'Content is from Wikipedia' box. Also, can you add the article checklist to the talk page? Thanks in advance. If you have any questions, email or stop at my talk page. --Matt Innis (Talk) 21:32, 25 June 2007 (CDT)

Continuous probability distribution

The content that I wrote (everything except the "formal definition" section content and the "examples" section) is original and not from any outside source.

This article as a part of the probability distribution article that I've written most of. The content is currently duplicated. I think the duplicated content should be removed from the probability distribution article and replaced by a concise summary and a link.

Sounds good. If you need help with Cz:The Article Checklist, just let me know. --Matt Innis (Talk) 10:08, 26 June 2007 (CDT)

Checklist

Please remember to fill out the "abc" portion of the checklist, and for the relevant categories it's not necessary to put "CZ" in front of them, e.g. "Mathematics" instead of "CZ:Mathematics". It wrecks hell on the formatting. --Robert W King 12:39, 27 June 2007 (CDT)

Bio

Hi Ragnar, would you expand your userpage bio per the directions here please? Thanks!  —Stephen Ewen (Talk) 13:36, 16 July 2007 (CDT)

Vector rotations

Ragnar, how would you feel about assisting me in writing an article about vector rotation? This problem came about at work for a program I am writing? While I am not a professional programmer, I do it alot. I see you worked on Quaternions, but I used the double reflection method of Hughes (J. Graphics Tools 2000). Do you have any interest in working on this? While it is a bit esoteric, it could be a great article.

Modesty rules

Ragnar, you write on your user page:

My chief intellectual interest is to comprehend not only this universe, but all conceivable ones. Modesty rules :-)

Truly modest, as you leave out all the inconceivable universes. The ones we cannot conceive because of or conceptual limits. Anthony.Sebastian 20:29, 4 April 2010 (UTC)
