I am a Civil Engineer. I received my Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Villanova University; Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering 1971; Master' Degree in Civil Engineering 1979; Water Resources Program: Hydraulics and Hydrology. I graduated from Monsignor Bonner High School, Drexel Hill, PA in June 1967. I am a Registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania. I work for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command in Norfolk, VA. We are responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of all Naval Shore Facilities. I previously worked for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on the design of Water Resources facilities. I am also an adjunct instructor at Delaware County Community College, where I teach an Introduction to Computers Course and Elementary Statistics.
