August 2001 – till present date: Arusha, Tanzania. Philosophy lecturer and Dean of Studies (2002-2005) at the SMS, affiliated to the Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA), Nairobi, Kenya.

July 2002: Myers-Briggs Type Indicator qualified practitioner by OPP Ltd, Oxford (U.K.).
