I am a student at the University of Edinburgh where I am studying Biochemistry. I want to specialise in Food Technology after graduating and go into the food industry. I'm going to do the European Masters Degree in Food Studies offered by Wageningen University. This summer I was employed by Pinneys of Scotland on a work placement in the NPD department.
