Mr. Ryan was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from St. Vincent College in 1983 and his Juris Doctor degree from Ohio Northern University in 1989. Following law school he served as a clerk for the Hon. Bernard L. McGinley of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. Attorney Ryan is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and U.S. District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania. His practice is devoted entirely to civil litigation while concentrating in the areas of toxic tort, product liability, workers’ compensation and employment law.

Mr. Ryan is a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations. He has authored numerous articles and has served as a speaker addressing topics ranging from auto law to workers’ compensation. Dave and his wife, Mary Helen, reside in Aspinwall, Pennsylvania with their three children, Conor, Meghan and Patrick.
