I am currently an undergraduate student at Northeastern University in Boston, MA, working toward a B.S. in Biochemistry and a minor in English Literature. My main regions of interest are primarily biological, specifically molecular biology and genetics. Additionally, I am very interested in scientific writing, especially for use in scholarly publications. I have performed research for several genetics/molecular biology laboratories, most recently working on Uranium-reducing bacteria, in addition to working in forestry sciences lab in Juneau, AK under the aegis of the U.S. Forest Service.
