Good article

Important topic. Good that signing statements is included here. One thing I noted was "first clear major war started on sole Presidential authority was the Korean War" -- this seems right, but my sense is that Teddy Roosevelt essentially micromanaged and instigated the conflict with Columbia which resulted in the secession of Panama around the turn of the century. But this wasn't a "major" war I suppose so I suppose the statement is correct.--Thomas Wright Sulcer 13:39, 23 March 2010 (UTC)
