Obviously, this is something of a clone of the ICBM article. I know relatively little about the Soviet systems, and even less about the Chinese.

For various reasons, I'd prefer it if someone else would speculate on the roles and missions of the early generations of US SLBMs. Howard C. Berkowitz 15:38, 11 May 2008 (CDT)
