Time-dependant

I've changed the chairman to Carnahan as that is what is listed at the website for this subcommittee. This is a problem of time-dependant statements - the text simply said so-and-so is the chairman but, let's be honest, our articles are not updated quickly enough to ensure that all time-dependant statements are kept up to date. That increases the readers' chance of coming across something that is out of date, yet is written from the perspective This is how it is.

I've changed the wording to read as of a certain date so that readers know the members are subject to change, and the further you get from that date the more need there is to check the website link I have included.

That brings me to the second passage, about the UN - it appears to be written from the point of view of Rohrbacher being the chairman, which is not the case. David Finn 06:19, 10 September 2010 (UTC)
