Link one and two from the references load up fine for me. Link 3 loads up the site it is linking to, but says that the specific page is no longer available. Link 4 does not load up for me at all - it just says error. David Finn 09:35, 1 October 2010 (UTC)

I may not have time to do it today, but since Link 3 comes from the U.S. Army War College, I'll send them a note. They are good about responding -- it may have moved, but it's an interesting point if it's been deliberately removed.
We certainly should search for the book text, which is extremely important and should be online somewhere. There may be a French version, for which I never searched. As I remember, this was a commercial translation, rights to which were then bought by the U.S. Army -- I don't remember if it was the Command and General Staff College, or one of the research groups at Fort Leavenworth, such as the Combat Studies Institute.
