Open to higher-level political article; help on redlinks

Simply because I am trying to stay current with events, I have been putting relevant material into this article. The full political context, however, does not necessarily need to be under the US operational code name.

I certainly would appreciate help with some of the key redlinks, such as Nicolas Sarkozy.

As an aside, I would like to get some Editorial standards for names of major newspapers, especially UK ones. Publications such as the Telegraph, the Times (is the Sunday Times really separate?), the Guardian, etc. deserve articles. Howard C. Berkowitz 01:53, 22 March 2011 (UTC)

Thanks Domergue

That was a short but important correction about the regime. Howard C. Berkowitz 16:30, 23 March 2011 (UTC)
