Which prefectures?

This is a problem: whether to include Fukui and Mie. I decided to include Fukui but not Mie. The reasoning is that Mie seems to be associated with Kansai, at least according to people I know, but see the reference on the article. Culturally and linguistically, Mie is strongly associated with both Kansai and Chubu, but I went for the former because this seems to be the more common association. Also, looking at the map, it seems more natural to place Mie in Kansai; it forms one side of Ise Bay, with Chubu on the other. Also geographically, Fukui seems to be closer to Chubu. Again, comments are welcome. John Stephenson 23:22, 23 March 2008 (CDT)
