I see that Health Sciences editor Robert Badgett has endorsed this article. After careful evaluation, I have determined that, though this edit looks like a significant content edit, it is essentially a combination of copy edits. Therefore, I can accept his nomination as a single editor approval. Since the date has passed, I will lock the version he has endorsed.
