A definition or brief description of Public sphere.

A conceptual space between the private world of individuals (home, family, one's own mind) and the official world of government authority (lawmakers, police, courts); it's a place where private people could meet in public and discuss popular topics and form public opinion as posited by philosophers such as Jürgen Habermas.
