Located in Rockford, Illinois, the Howard Center for Family, Religion and Society is a think tank established to provide "research and understanding that demonstrate and affirm family and religion as the foundation of a virtuous and free society." They sponsor the World Congress of Families.

The organization's advocates covenant marriage and the avoidance of divorce. It opposes same-sex marriage, abortion, euthanasia and pornography.
