Template:Copyrighted
For marking copyrighted images which are not available for reuse without the express written permission of the copyright holder.
Usage
The template has two optional parameters : {{Copyrighted|Copyright Holder|permitted usage}}.
The first parameter takes the name of the copyright holder; the second can be used to say where usage of this image is permitted, if not on the whole of the Citizendium.

Use of this image for any purpose requires the express written permission of the copyright holder.
The copyright holder has granted permission for use of this image on the Citizendium.
