Why are Anthony and Matt voting here? I can't find any record of their being given votes. This doesn't affect the results of the votes listed here. Peter Jackson 15:51, 25 November 2013 (UTC)

Anthony has voting rights until the end of the transitional period, as set out in Article 50. Matt is not a member of the Council, so has no valid vote. John Stephenson 16:07, 25 November 2013 (UTC)
